Michigan’s Most Unusual Looking Fast Food Restaurant is in Flint
Fast food doesn't always have to be served through a boring pull-up window. Recently, LoveFood went on a mission to find each state's most unique looking fast food restaurant.
FoodLove based their selections on genuine user reviews, awards and accolades, and the first-hand experience of their team. They ensured these selections are regularly checked and updated for accuracy and relevance.
Turns out, Michigan's most unusual fast food joint is in Flint!
They gave the honor to the iconic Halo Burger.
Their reasoning? The way the Flint location truly captivates attention. The building resembles a Spanish villa, featuring striking elements such as gables, turrets, expansive arched windows, and a terracotta roof. Inside, visitors are greeted by original, intricately tiled flooring and elegant chandeliers, enhancing its unique charm.
Of course, Halo Burger boasts over a century of crafting traditional burgers and has expanded its presence around the area with locations in Burton and Grand Blanc. But it's the Saginaw Street location's architecture that took the cake for FoodLove.
However, we all know that the best part of Halo Burger isn't on the outside of the building— it's being made in the kitchen! Halo Burger is known for its delicious Olive Burgers made with their all-fresh ingredients.
Don't forget the Boston Cooler!
Do we have you thinking about burgers now? Here's some more great places in the area for you to try out.
